Silicon Sensing welcomes Ian Lavers

As we are developing a new range of precision MEMS IMU products there is a growing need for capability in software engineering, and Ian is the latest addition to the team.

Ian joins us as Lead Software Engineer and brings with him a wealth of experience having previously been involved in embedded software design for a wide range of applications; IMU and navigation systems, test equipment, low level driver design, and systems architectures for avionics products.

As well as leading the software engineering team, Ian is responsible for ongoing software development process improvements, reducing time to market for new products and features whilst maintaining high levels of quality in software engineering.
