"Renewal of Vows"

Silicon Sensing Systems Ltd is a joint venture between UTC Aerospace Systems (UK) and Sumitomo
Precision Products Co., Ltd (Japan), and was established in 1999.

Over the past 14 years Silicon Sensing has become a highly respected supplier of reliable, high quality
MEMS products into worldwide markets.  This success reflects the strengths and commitments of each

The two companies met recently in Amagasaki, Japan to “renew their vows”.  The purpose of this special
event was to reinforce the commitment of all Shareholder Representatives to the new strategic direction
Silicon Sensing has embarked upon over the past 12 months.

Both parties are now looking forward to yet another successful year as part of the joint venture, as the
company continues to go from strength to strength.
