To date, Silicon Sensing has delivered over 10 million rate sensors into stability control and other automotive applications, and has established a benchmark for sensor performance, reliability and integrity.
In combining the core competencies of its parent companies - innovative product design and high volume manufacturing expertise – Silicon Sensing has developed internal processes and working practices which are stringently aligned to the rigorous quality demands of the automotive industry. Having been TS16949 accredited since 2004, we make use of a full suite of automotive quality tools including the APQP methodology and associated components such as the DFMEA and PFMEA. Our emphasis on quality extends throughout our supply chain, and all suppliers are audited using the German automotive VDA 6.3 standard.
